Endon High School Offer Support To Pupils Following RTC

Today (10th July) at 8:25am Police were called to the A53 due to an RTC involving a pedestrian
Staffordshire police notified WMAS at 8:27am who treated the boy at the scene before taking him to Royal Stoke University Hospital where his injuries were thought not to be life threatening. The road reopened around an hour after the incident.

In an email to parents of students Endon High School confirmed the incident and that support was available
“Unfortunately there has been an incident outside school this morning whereby a Year 7 pupil has been knocked over. Fortunately his injuries are minor with no broken bones. Pupils have been supported throughout the day if they are struggling with the after effects of this incident”

St Lukes CE Academy in Endon sent a text out to parents saying:
“I would like to inform you that we have been notified by a parent that the child who was knocked over this morning is ok and will make a full recovery”
