Police are appealing for witnesses after stones have been removed from a dry-stone-wall in the Moorland

Police are appealing for witnesses after stones have been removed from a dry-stone-wall in the Moorlands.

The wall which has been targeted by thieves is in the Forsbrook area of the district.

Police are also appealing for witnesses after a theft took place at Biddulph Grange Gardens.

A spokesman for Staffordshire Police said: “Some of the items taken include a metal garden coffee table, metal garden arm chair, wooden horses head sculpture, metal heron sculpture and a number of decorative plant stakes.”

In total over £600 worth of goods were taken during the incident which took place overnight between Wednesday 22nd and Thursday 23rd May.

Anyone with any information about either of these incidents is asked to call Staffordshire Police on 101.
