Police are appealing for witnesses following a number of incidents across the Moorlands.

During the night of May 10 and 11, a vehicle, which had been parked on Weston Street in Leek has been damaged; while on May 11 at 7.50pm, a motorbike was stolen from outside an address in Brook Street, Brown Lees in Biddulph.

The bike is described as a large orange and white road bike.
A spokesman for Staffordshire Police said: “Two males were seen tampering with the vehicles front wheel and walking off with the bike, no direction of travel given.

“Both males were described as white, aged approximately 18 years old, wearing navy tracksuits with their hoods up.”
Meanwhile, Police have received a report of a suspicious male driving a white Ford Transit van in the Bottomhouse area of the Moorlands.

The spokesman said: “Over recent days a male was disturbed within the grounds of a property in Bottomhouse. When challenged he left in a white Ford Transit van with the partial registration of FX52.”

Any witnesses to any of these incidents is asked to call Staffordshire Police on 101.
