Police are appealing for witnesses following a spate of incidents in a Moorlands town.

Overnight on May 26 and May 27, 11 cold water fish were stolen from a pond at an address in Swallow Walk in Biddulph; while on May 26 at approximately 4am, a male was disturbed gaining access through an insecure window in a property in Station Road, Biddulph.

On the same day, at around 4.10am, two males were disturbed breaking into a garage in Forrester Close in Biddulph, after the home owner was alerted by the noise of the gate opening.

The males made off with a Makita cordless drill in a blue Makita Case with the value of approximately £100.

Meanwhile on May 27, at 6pm, two males broke the front window of a property in Tunstall Road in Biddulph.

A spokesman for Staffordshire Police said: “The two males were seen using a hammer to break the window.”

The males are described as white males, both early 20’s. One wearing a grey hoodie with shorts and a baseball cap, and the other wearing a grey hoodie and jeans.
