Police have confirmed a number of arrests have been made across the Moorlands following a number of incidents.

On April 1, officers from Moorlands Police team arrested a male and charged him with two theft offences and breach of a Criminal Behaviour Order; while another male, aged 61 was arrested for the theft of a children’s charity box and meat from a Moorlands shop on the same day.

Meanwhile, on March 30 five female teenagers were referred to the Youth Offending Teams for their actions in a pre-arranged fight in Biddulph in February.

A spokesman for Staffordshire Police said: “We will not tolerate these persons behaviour in our neighbourhood.”
