Police in the Moorlands have arrested a man for drug offences.
An 18-year-old was arrested by officers in Leek yesterday – Thursday June 6.
A spokesman for the force said: “A search of his home in the Cheddleton area resulted in more drugs being seized along with cash. He has been interviewed and released under investigation.”
Meanwhile, in Biddulph, officers have come across a vehicle showing no insurance.
The police spokesman said: “The car has been seized and the driver has been reported.”
They added that “uninsured drivers not only cost law abiding insured drivers in the pocket but they are also a danger to road users and pedestrians alike.”
