Catch up with Congleton Town manager Richard Duffy

The close season is always a busy time for our local non-league clubs, and Congleton Town is no different.

The departures of three players (Ethan Hartshorn, Peter Williams and Max McCarthy), the retained list being published and the arrival of three players- Rob Stevenson, Julius Ndene and Shakeel Jones-Griffiths has kept the Bears busy preparing for the 2026/27 season.

During this busy time, manager Richard Duffy took some time out to speak to Moorlands Radio to go through all the arrivals and departures at the Cleric Stadium.
