Congleton (Sunrise Pilates)
Sunrise Pilates is taking place in Congleton Park starting on Friday May 15th.
Free outdoor pilates classes are being held every Friday morning between 7.00am and 8.00 am from 15th May until 31st July.
The classes are open to all abilities however you must be over 18 years old to take part.
The meeting point for the class is Congleton Park outside the Taste for Life Cafe.
