Cheadle Driver Jailed for Dangerous Driving

A woman, who hit 80mph on a 60mph road in Cheadle before crashing, has been jailed. Faye Dawson, 50, from Cheadle, was sentenced to one-year-and-two-months in prison at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court recently, after pleading guilty to dangerous driving at a previous hearing. She was also disqualified from driving for four years-and-seven months. It happened on Friday 7 March last year when Dawson lost control of the Vauxhall Corsa she was driving on Delphouse Road. A cardiac arrest survivor has been reunited with the emergency ambulance crew who helped save his life.
